Rae - Founder & Lead Designer

In 2006, Castellan International was founded as a digital design company that evolved into a boutique virtual assistant, marketing, advertising, assistant service, and web design company. Over the years, Rae worked tirelessly to build a set of skills that would develop into a methodical process of risk management, data management, and business development.

Additionally, she spent several years working in the non-profit industry as a marketing and advertising executive, and fundraising professional. The breadth of her experience is a valuable asset when it comes to maximizing profits with the added assurance that a skilled background investigator is taking measures to reduce any potential risks.

Jessica – Executive assistant and virtual data specialist.

Jessica and Rae met in 2015 and soon their relationship budded from personal to professional as Jessica took an active role as Rae’s executive assistant and virtual data specialist. Trained over the last several years to be a bloodhound for bad guys, Jessica is an invaluable screening assistant who uses her thorough investigative knowledge to reduce risks and keep clients safe. Her passion is data management, organization, and client retention.
